We visited this hotel during the New Year's and it was an amazing experience. the location was perfect for a getaway, nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views. the restaurant served delicious local food, and we enjoyed the wine produced from the nearby vineyards. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their attention to detail in decorating for the holidays.
the room was quite small and lacked proper cleaning.

The area surrounding the hotel is gorgeous, providing stunning views of the mountains from its terrace. the on-site restaurant offers delicious food. the room and bathroom were small and unclean, while the staff was unfriendly, providing poor service.
The hotel failed to provide functioning wifi, making it impossible to use for important work.

The view from the terrace was stunning with unforgettable landscapes and good air. , the traditional Bulgarian food was delicious and the staff was nice and welcoming. Finally, the location was perfect for hiking and taking long walks.
The internet connection was not reliable, which could be a problem for some travelers. the room was a bit cramped with no air conditioning, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
